1. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.65 for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Shipping charges will be displayed and applied at checkout before payment is completed.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT/BST on business days are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will normally be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
All processing and dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by periods of high demand, stock availability, supplier delays, courier availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand.
4. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We currently deliver only to addresses located within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
6. Undeliverable Packages

The package was not collected; or
Delivery could not be completed due to recipient unavailability;
we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply before a replacement shipment is dispatched.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or further investigation with the delivery carrier.
